We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items usually head out the door within 2–4 business days (often sooner). Custom orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

Local Pickup: In the Cincinnati area? Select free local pickup at checkout to swing by the studio and grab your order in person.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $100.

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If it’s been more than 7 days since your tracking email and your order still hasn’t arrived, email me at sami@muddylotusstudio.com so we can sort it out.

 

Returns

I want you to love what you ordered!

Custom Orders: Because these are made just for you, all custom and personalized pieces are final sale.

For Everything Else: If something’s not quite right, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, I’ll refund the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
